Lighthouse Auto Glass was founded after years spent inside the national auto glass industry, where speed and call centers often took priority over workmanship. After three decades in the field — starting as a technician and later moving into management — our owner saw firsthand how rushed installs, improper bonding, and skipped steps led to repeat issues for drivers. Lighthouse was created to bring auto glass work back to a more careful, hands-on approach.

What began as a small, locally owned shop has grown into a trusted Colorado Springs auto glass company known for precision, integrity, and consistency.

Bryan Hale

Owner

Bryan has been in the auto glass industry for 30 years and the proud owner of Lighthouse Auto Glass for 12 of those years.

He has always enjoyed working with his hands and has a mechanical mindset. Bryan is AGSC certified (Auto Glass Safety Council), NWRD certified (National Windshield Repair Division), Autel trained in proper ADAS calibrations (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems), DOW certified for proper windshield adhesive application and a proud member of the IGA (Independent Glass Association).

One of his favorite parts of his job is helping others, and he firmly believes that God places people in our lives at just the right time.

One of his most vivid memories is being able to save a baby that was accidentally locked in a hot car because he was in the right place at the right time with the proper tools to safely get into the car. When not working his favorite hobby is skiing. He also enjoys tennis, fishing, playing games and spending time with family.

Bryan’s wife, Shan, joined Lighthouse in 2016 after a major hail storm.

Having no experience in auto glass it was a crash course riding along with Bryan to learn the ropes while we made our way through helping others recover from the damage that was left behind. I will never forget the feeling riding through neighborhoods and seeing the destruction to homes, vehicles and other property. But, also the feeling of driving away knowing we played, even a small part, in helping put things back together.

When not working I enjoy pilates, hiking, tennis, diamond art, games and spending time with family.

I’m a wife to my very best friend and mama to two amazing kiddos who definitely keep me on my toes (and my coffee cup full ). Our home is usually a mix of laughter and a little chaos.

In my free time, I enjoy crafting and baking. I love the joy of creating — from thoughtful handmade gifts to homemade sourdough treats. It’s truly my favorite way to unwind. Family means everything to me. Whether we’re at home, out on an adventure, or just enjoying a simple moment together, those are the memories I treasure most.

I am a CSR at Lighthouse Auto Glass, which means I get the joy of talking with and helping our amazing customers every day. I truly love being around people and hearing their stories. I’ve been hard of hearing since I was a kid, and it’s just a small part of what makes me, me. It’s also taught me to be a great listener, patient, and understanding — especially when helping others.

Life is busy, a little crazy but it is beautiful and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Devian has been in the glass industry for 10 years and joined Lighthouse Auto Glass in 2025. He grew up in Germany, loves the carnivals and operates his own German themed carnival games on weekends. He was born and raised in Germany and speaks fluent German. In his free time, he loves gaming, flying drones, or working on his carnival trailers with his kids!

Loves providing an exceptional experience for the customer no matter what the vehicle. Favorite memory is working with fellow glass technicians during the hailstorm in 2018, having someone by your side during the hot summer days and long hours made the days a lot less miserable.
